Yes, you can absolutely use the Cuttle Editor to create your own designs from scratch!

While Cuttle offers 100+ professionally designed templates you can instantly personalize, it also includes the Cuttle Editor — a full-featured vector design tool similar to Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape.

The Cuttle Editor is web-based, so there's nothing to install on your computer.

  • Log in or create a free account at cuttle.xyz
  • go to the My Projects tab
  • click + New Blank Project button to launch the editor

All 100+ official Cuttle templates, as well as designs from Cuttle Creators have been made using the Cuttle Editor. It has lots of features purpose built for laser cutting, including:

  • Connected Text - automatically join letters and dots on i’s to cut text in a single piece
