How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel a Cuttle Pro subscription any time from our website.

  1. Go to Account Settings by clicking this link or by selecting your profile icon (top right) → Account Settings.
  2. Click the Manage Your Subscription Button.
  3. Within the billing portal, click the Cancel subscription button
  4. On the Cancel page, click the Cancel subscription button.

Verifying Cancelation

  1. As soon as you cancel your subscription, you will receive a short optional survey.
  2. After submitting the survey, you'll return to the main billing portal page. Your subscription status will now show the cancelation date. You won't be charged again, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  3. Within Cuttle, on the Account Settings page, you will now see that your subscription has been canceled.
