Use this tool to quickly make a slot thickness test for your project—no kerf calculations, or math needed. Once you've found a good size with your Slot Size Tester you can cut a set from a small piece of scrap material to make sure you are getting the right fit.
How to Use
We recommend that you cut the squares out of the material you intend to use with your project. Use scoring to mark the numbers.

Download this version if you want to cut several tests all at once. You can change the starting point, increment and number of sets you want to make.
