Create a little bit of Christmas magic with this layered Elf Door file template! Designed to be cut from wood and/or acrylic, this charming mini door can be made with fully functional hinges for an interactive experience—or assembled as a simplified, non-functional version for quicker builds and easier batching.
Materials used:
White, Strawberry Milk, Gold Mirror and Honeydew 1/8" acrylic from COHn Acrylics
1/4" Maple by Columbia Forest products at Home Depot
3m Adhesive for assembly from COHn Acrylics
I recommend a 3m command strip to stick it to your baseboard without damage

I use a slot sizer to determine the measurement to put in the "Slot Size" field.

To use a slot sizer, simply cut it out of your desired material (I use one for 1/4" thick material, and one for 1/8" thick material - keep them and reuse for all materials this thick!)
Insert the project material into the slot sizer to find the slot that fits snuggly
Insert the measurement listed there into the Slot Size parameter above.
