Tips:
A gorgeous triple layered Name Sign template. Designed for easy laser cutting with layered birch plywood and acrylic details. To create the 'floating' on clear acrylic effect, use the score lines to guide where you place the glue when sticking down the clear acrylic, be very light with the glue so it doesn't seep out of where the top layer will cover it. I recommend using 3M tape on the top layer.
Sizing scales proportionally — the template fills whichever max dimension it hits first (width or height). Longer names end up with a smaller font; short names may hit max height before reaching max width. I sell standard sizes: Small (12 × 8 inch), Medium (16 × 10 inch), Large (20 × 12 inch), Extra Large (25 × 15 inch).
Materials used:
1/8" Birch Plywood
1/8" Acrylic
1/8" or 1/16" clear Acrylic - I recommend a 1/16" acrylic for the middle layer to make a lighter sign
