Customize Your Message
Enter a word or phrase like a name, event title, or sentiment. You can tweak the letter connections and offset to fit your design perfectly.Set the Box Size
Define the width, depth, and height of your tote. Adjust material thickness to match what you’ll cut from, like 1/8 inch plywood or acrylic.Fine-Tune Fit
Set the kerf value based on your laser’s cut width. A value of 0.007 inches is a good default for snug finger joints. You can use the Finger Joint Kerf Tester to insure a good fit.Add or Adjust Handles
Enable side handles by setting their size and spacing. These are useful for carrying or giving a polished look.Design the Front Window
Choose how far the decorative cutout sits from the edges and how tall it is. Your custom text appears in this window. Optionally enable a solid back for a cleaner or more supportive design.
