Baby Schedule and Bottle Recipe Bag Tag

I use the baby schedule and bottle recipe bag tag to attach to my diaper bag. When baby goes to grandmas, all grandma has to do is check the tags for the current schedule and bottle requirements!

You can print this double sided as well! Just cut and score the first side, carefully pull out the tag and flip horizontally and put back into the same spot (I use magnets or tape to hold the main piece of wood I cut the tag from to ensure it doesn't shift!). Make sure the turn off the hole for the and ignore the cut for the second side. Just score the other side and all set!
