Bear Milestone Photo Prop Sign with Dry Erase Element
Input kerf measurement for hearts. Note - you want this to be a secure fit so it doesn't fall out, but not so snug you can't remove the pieces for interchangeability. Consider printing a single heart and testing before you print them all.

Recommended Materials below:
Backer: any material. I like to use a color that will allow the design to shine, such as a plain black, wood, or pastel material.
Bear Details: I like matte 1/8 acrylic. I recommend applying 3M or comparable adhesive on BACK of your materials before cutting, though you can use another adhesive if preferred.
Dry erase board element (cloud): use glossy white acrylic or dry erase material - this is where you'll be able to write "day/days/week/weeks/month/months/year/years" to pair with the numbered hearts. I recommend applying 3M or comparable adhesive on BACK of your materials before cutting, though you can use another adhesive if preferred.
Hearts: if you are using 1/8 material for the bear, use 1/8 for the hearts. I like pastels. You can also ignore the numbers and cut a plain heart to write your own milestones, such as "first smile," "first steps," etc. We used "coming home day!" when Mabel was released from the NICU.
Score, Engrave, and Cut elements by following file key
Color-fill any engraved areas if desired. I prefer using craft acrylic paint, letting dry, and wiping with a baby wipe. This works best on pre-finished or masked materials.
Assemble by following score lines and preview/sample image as a guide.

Beginner/Intermediate - there are some small pieces, but with the score lines on the backer, assembly should be pretty straight forward. Because we adjust for kerf, the hole in the back of the backer is to allow you to pop out the hearts easily.
