O Water Tag

Customize your favorite O water bottle with these fun, personalized name tags!
Designed to fit snugly on the flat top area of the popular flip‑straw style bottles, these tags can be cut from layered acrylic.

This template offers 2 style options, select from the standard (straight top) or the scalloped version. Backer is scored and name is added to the top. I used 3m to adhere template to the bottle.

*tested on the 16oz bottle. I've read that the lids are interchangeable between the different sizes but I'll update after I can confirm.
