Personalized Flower Gift Tag

These personalized flower gift tags feature a layered flower frame with a name plate across the center. Customize the look by choosing from three background options: plain, cherries, or bows.

Instructions:

  1. After cutting, glue the middle text layer onto the bottom pattern layer.

  2. Glue the flower frame on top of the text layer.

  3. Allow all layers to fully dry.

  4. Tie a ribbon or cord through the hole to hang your tag.

Materials:

⅛" TruFlat and MDF (shown is Maple TruFlat from Houston Acrylic and White MDF from H&H Creations)

⅛" Acrylic (shown is White, Pastel Floral MakerPrint, and Pastel Dusty Rose from Houston Acrylics and Peppermint from Cerulean Tides)

Ribbon or cord for hanging (shown is 1.2 mm Nylon Satin Cord)

I made a little something for myself. I adapted it as a 2- Layer Magnet and used Digital Scrapbook Paper for the Background. So Cute! Love the File.
