
This DIY Ice Cream Cart Coloring Set is a sweet interactive project for kids, parties, or pretend play! Color and decorate the cart, then build your own ice cream cone with a single, double, or triple scoop. Add fun sprinkle pieces, tiny toppings, and a cherry on top to create the perfect custom treat!
Instructions:
Color the pieces first.
After cutting, color or paint the cart before assembly, if desired. It is usually easier to color the engraved/scored details before the layers are glued together.Build the cart.
Glue or adhere the frame layer(s) on top of the base piece. Two frame layers are included, but you may cut more or fewer depending on your material thickness and how much space you want inside the compartments of the cart. Make sure the outside edges and compartment openings are lined up before the glue dries.Add the top layer.
Once the frame layers are dry, glue or adhere the top layer to the frames. Glue or adhere the wheel pieces to the top cart piece.Color the ice cream.
Finally, color or paint the ice cream, cones and toppings with paint markers, acrylic paint, or your preferred coloring supplies.Build your ice cream cones.
Use the backer pieces to build your desired ice cream cone. You can create a single, double, or triple scoop cone. Then add your favorite toppings to finish.
