Tree Ornament with Colorful Backer

Create this Christmas Tree Ornament by Typing in a Festive Word. and adding Scrapbook Paper of your choice, to the Backer, to achieve this Unique Holiday Keepsake.
Directions:
Type in a Festive Holiday Word, such as Joy, Peace, Love, Believe, Hope, Faith, etc. and choose a Font.
Use the "Thicken" Option to thicken up thin fonts to give added support within the ornament. 1% - 2.5 % usually works well.
Download
Red=Cut from Wood or MDF, Pink=Cut from Scrapbook Paper of your choice.
Assembly:
Use Mod Podge, Spray Adhesive, or other glue to firmly attach paper to backer. When dry I recommend applying Mod Podge or a Clear Protective Spray before adding Top. Allow to dry.
Paint or stain Top Layer if desired. Allow to dry.
Glue top layer to backer, lining up in all areas.
Materials Used in Example:
Paper - White Cardstock printed with Cardinal Christmas Seamless Digital Paper - Number 16
Top - 1/8 inch Baltic Birch
Backer - 1/8 inch MDF
Font - Hilda Bobbi Thickened at 2.2%
