Rocking Horse - 2 layer

Personalize a Rocking Horse Ornament with a Name, the Year, or Short Phrase. like NOEL or Merry Christmas.

Directions:

Download Pattern and adjust to desired size in your laser software. Pattern is an average medium ornament size.

Using 1/8" (3mm) thick material, mask wood if desired, and cut, score and engrave as indicated below:

Cut=Red

Black =Engrave

Score= Blue

• Be sure to SCORE the 4 small lines around the name plate, as the plate will detach from the Rocking Horse if cut instead of scored. (It can easily be glued back in place if this mistake is made)

Paint as desired. I used Apple Barrel Sky Blue for the backer.

Glue together. I sprayed the back side of the top piece with Loctite Multi Purpose Spray Glue., and then attached it to the backer. It was placed under pressure to ensure a tight seal.

Spray with a clear sealant. I used Krylon Triple Thick Glaze.

Add a string, beads and/or a bow.
