How to Use

1. Set the dimensions of the picture you are framing (pictureWidthand pictureHeight).

2. Set the insideBorder to your liking. This would be the space used by the mat on conventional picture framing.

3. Set the frameWidth to your liking. If it isn't wide enough to accommodate the picture hanger you will get a warning, in this case you can make it wider, or you can change the size of the picture hanger in the Advanced section.

4. Optional: adjust the cornerRadius to round the inside and outside corners .

5. Download the different parts below. The Glazing is the transparent material that protects the picture, make sure this is the same thickness or less as the Spacer (which is the C-shaped component sandwiched between the Frame and the Back).

Glazing

This is the transparent covering. Cut it from clear acrylic.

Frame, Spacer, and Backing Board

• Purple: score (to make a reference for your artwork on the backing board)

• Black: inner cut

• Red: outer cut

Assembly

1. Glue the Frame, Spacer and Backing Board making sure the edges are aligned.

2. Position your artwork using the pink scored rectangle.

3. Insert the clear acrylic glazing from the top.

4. Use the hole in the back to hang your picture! 🖼️
