Leprechaun Trap

This laser-ready St Patrick's Day leprechaun trap features a clever hinged lid designed to drop open once the leprechaun climbs the ladder and steps on top. All slots and tabs automatically adjust to the your material thickness for a perfect fit every time — no manual tweaking required. Designed for easy cutting, quick assembly, and repeatable results for classroom or family builds.

Assembly tips:

  1. Assemble the front, and sides of the cube first. Then put the top on by sliding the tabs into the side holes. Then attach the back side.

  2. Once the cube is assembled, insert it into the base. The back piece's tab slots into the base.

  3. The signs fit into the small slots.

  4. The ladder sits in the slots in the base in front of the cube.

*If your slots/tabs end up a little tight, you can use a small rubber mallet to put them together. If they are a bit loose, use a little superglue.
