Pocket Hug

Tips:

• To engrave the back, keep your material in one spot. Cut and engrave the front, then flip the piece and place it back in the same position — alignment depends on the material not moving.

• Tick the 'Align Back To Front' parameter to split colours across passes: run Red, Black and Blue first (front), flip, then run Yellow & Green (back).

Materials used:

• 3mm birch plywood for the body

• 3mm coloured acrylic for the heart insert — matte pastels photograph best
