Sticky Note Board

This laser-cut project features a two-layer design and options to engrave or score a custom message, change the note size, and add an optional groove to keep a pen handy. It’s optimized for laser cutters and compatible with standard 3x3 inch sticky notes by default, but can be adjusted to other sizes.

🔧 Instructions

1. Set your Message
   Type your custom text in the message box. You can use multiple lines for best layout.

2. Choose Message Placement
   Select where you'd like the message to appear on the board using the namePlacement dropdown (Top, Right, Bottom, Left).

3. Adjust Line Height
   Use lineHeight to fine-tune spacing between lines of your message.

4. Select Style
   Choose engrave for etched text or score for a faster, lighter mark.

5. Toggle Thumb Hole
   Enable the thumbHole option if you want a small notch to help remove sticky notes.

6. Add a Pen Groove (Optional)

   • Enable the pen groove by checking penGroove.

7. Add Hidden Note (Optional)
   Enable the addHiddenNote to add a message under the sticky note pad.

8. Resize the Note Area

   • Change the noteWidth and noteHeight to match your preferred sticky note size.

   • Adjust noteMargin to increase spacing around the sticky note.

   • Use roundness to modify the corner radius of the board.

   • Use noteRoundness to modify the corner radius of the note area.

   • Use widenMessage if your text needs a bit more horizontal space.

   • Set margin for padding between the edge and the text.

9. Export for Laser Cutting
   Once you're happy with your design, export as SVG and send to your laser cutter.
