The base includes multiple stacked layers with built-in score guides to help you glue perfectly centered layers. The top base layer omits the score for a clean, finished appearance. The kerf adjustment is only applied to the final base layer, ensuring the sign’s tabs fit snugly while the other layers slide easily into place.
Instructions
Type your message and select font, alignment, and position.
Adjust sign and base dimensions to match your design or material size.
Choose whether to flatten the bottom edge for a clean join to the base.
Cut the pieces and dry-fit before gluing.
Use the score lines on the base (except the top layer) as a visual guide for alignment.
Glue the base layers together (optional with accurate kerf settings), then press the sign into the finger slots for a secure fit.
