Fidget Snaps

The thumb wheel and axle components are designed as ready to use snap parts and normally do not need adjustment. The default values are tuned to fit together cleanly and work well on most printers without modification.

Notes

These make great quick giveaways or low cost add on items for craft fairs. Smaller spinners print fast and are easy to customize with fun icons or emojis that match seasons events or themes.

Some designs may need a little extra weight to spin smoothly especially when using shapes that remove a lot of material. If your spinner feels too light or stops quickly enable the backer layer option. This adds thickness and mass which improves momentum and helps the spinner rotate longer. Heavier designs usually feel smoother and more satisfying in the hand.
