Create this wallet-sized photo frame, which fits a 2.5"x3.5" photo. 3D version and engraveable version (scroll below 3D version). You can add magnets and display on a fridge, or, check the box for self-standing sign, and adjust kerf according.
Banner: this option can be used for designs 1 & 3 only, and is optional.
Color Labels: these are labels to help you know what color to cut the details. Be sure to ignore or remove them and not to cut them!
Middle Piece: you have to option to cut a separated middle piece to allow for less material waste, however you have to glue 3 separate pieces.
See below for tips on scoring the details for best result.
Use tweezers when handling the smaller acrylic details for easier application.

SCORING TIPS
Defocused Score
A defocused score is when you manually change the focus height of the laser to be a little higher or lower than the material height. This makes the laser think that the material is closer to the laser head, thus scoring a wider line, as shown in image below..
To achieve this look, I recommend doing a de-focused score for all of the details. A regular score will work too, but de-focusing has a better effect. I HIGHLY recommend testing your own settings, but here are the settings that I use:
Glowforge: Speed 225; Power 95; & manual focus height of .02" added
Thunder 100W (2 year old tube): Speed 30mm/sec; Power 40%; Z-offset (negative) -0.2"
Any black residue leftover can be cleaned up with isopropyl alcohol.
