Custom Address Sign

Create this custom address sign, perfect for a realtor gift, new home gift, housewarming, or holiday. This is a 3-layer sign.

• Layer 1: solid rectangle backer

• Layer 2: backer with scoring for text placement and initial cut out, and initial that is placed into the 2nd backer layer for a flush finish

• Layer 3: frame and 3D text. Last name initial can be the same color as the backer for a subtle effect, or a different color for a little more pop.

Simply update the address, last name initial, and established year. Vertical alignment of text can be adjusted if necessary. This is a more labor intensive project, but is well worth the effort with the beautiful, yet simple finished product! Sized at ~10"x18" to fit a laser as a small as a glowforge.

Please note: In the cut file, there is the standalone initial. This is for anyone who will be using acrylic for instance, and want to cut the initial out of a different color. If you will be cutting this entire project out of the same material, such as, wood or MDF (or even acrylic) then you can use the cut-out from the second layer. Cutting the standalone initial is not needed in that instance and you can delete it.
