Teddy Bear Keychain

Change the basic parameters Size, Hole Diameter, and Word1 thru Word4. The HoleDiameter defaults to 0.19" diameter. You can change the Word parameters, but they work best with words that are under 6 characters when the Size is 2.5".

Use your imagination for the words. Either Word1 or Word3 could be used for the YEAR, or something like MOM or DAD.

My examples were scored and cut on:

• 1/16" Romark 2 ply acrylic from Johnson Plastics Plus

• 1/8" Hard Maple from Ocooch Hardwoods.

Colors - Change colors if you need to.

Note: This template does not engrave. The words, hearts, and circles are scored with a crosshatch pattern.

If you are using the Keychain Thingies Extra Strength 2.0 keychain connectors, be aware that they only work with 1/8" material. They recommend a 0.19" diameter hole, but I measured 0.177" diameter. It is best to measure for your laser.

The estimated time to score and cut with the Size of 2.5" was 3 minutes and 36 seconds on my Universal Laser Systems VLS6.60 60 watt
