The only parameters that need to be changed are Length, Width, and Depth. Length is always larger than Width. This design works fine for most cartons that have a width that is greater than 1.25".

  • Fill in the pertinent data, and you have a full seal end with rads built in inches.

    Econo Seal End with radius folding cartons are pretty common in food packaging. The layout doesn't have a lot of scrap, but the common edges where the major flaps next must be "nicked" a lot to get the sheet thru the diecutting process. Econo Seal Ends have an "Overlap" where they are glued at the middle of the top and bottom. They are more efficient than a Full Seal End, but generally contain less weight. Used a lot with a reclosure.
