There are 2 main options. See Option 1 and Option 2. Option 1 - You check or uncheck the FillStroke, the inside shapes can be either Cut, Score, or Engrave. If you want to Score the inside, set the InsideColor to BLUE.

If you want to Engrave the inside, toggle the FillStroke to show a BLACK fill.

Set the Size to what you want. It is a square shape. At a 10 inch Size , the "webbing" is 0.3125" at it's smallest. This is a good size for 1/8" wood if you are cutting out the inside. If you make the Size larger, the webbing scales appropriately.

If you make a Size under 5 inches, the webbing will scale down as well, so it is something to keep in mind. If you are at a Size around 2-3 inches, The inside should either be scored or engraved. The webbing might get too narrow for cutting. Use your best judgement.
