Sliding Tile Puzzle

Create a highly customizable Sliding Tile puzzle that permits dual-sided printing for double the fun!

Assembly

Tile Pieces:

1. Use a pair of pins to assemble the built-in assembly jig.

2. Place a bottom tile in the upper left corner of the assembly jig and apply a thin layer of glue to its lower right portion.
   Note: If using a double-sided print, remember to reverse-order the tiles face down.

3. Place a middle tile in the lower right corner of the assembly jig and apply a thin layer of glue to its upper left portion.

4. Place a top tile in the upper left corner of the assembly jig.

5. Carefully lift the assembly jig off the piece. The result should be an offset "sandwich."

6. Repeat for other pieces and allow to dry. Discard one piece (e.g. the lower-right piece).

Puzzle:

1. Use the remaining pair of pins to assemble the offset middle frame to that of the bottom frame. Use a thin layer of glue for additional strength.

2. Insert the tile pieces and make sure they move freely. If they do not, lightly sand the offset edges of the middle frame and/or apply graphite (pencil lead) to the offset edges.

3. Take care to insert the pieces into the correct final orientation.

4. Apply a thin layer of glue to the edge of the middle frame and insert the top frame over the assembly and allow to dry.
