Simple slot together design. Slot Size measurement determines how easily the pieces slot together. Increase for a looser fit, decrease for a snugger fit. A good start for 1/8" MDF is .122 inches. Adjust as needed for your laser.

TIP - Cut a single one first to get the fit just right.
