Federico’s Last Livestream — this Thursday! 📹

Federico’s weekly livestream is coming to a close at the end of this year. The last livestream of the year will be on Thursday Dec 18, at 1pm PT / 2pm MT / 3pm CT / 4pm ET.

Federico will still be around and will continue recording little Q&A videos to answer questions on the Facebook Group. You can also always access the archive of livestreams.

Video Tutorial: Make Christmas Ornaments with Fairy Lights 🧚

In Federico’s livestream from last week, he creates laser cut Christmas ornaments with fairy lights. These designs were inspired by May Stein’s posts on the Smokey Hill Laser Supplies Facebook group — check out her Etsy shop LaserartistStudio. Cuttle Creator Rona also has templates like this Curly Christmas Tree with Fairy Lights.

Federico shows how to construct a 3 layer Christmas ornament with enough space inside to put little battery powered LED lights. He adds engravings to clear acrylic to make the middle layer, which catches the light in a really cool way!

Video Tutorial: Make 3D Printed Cookie Cutters 🍪

In Federico’s livestream from two weeks ago, he shows how to design cookie cutters with Cuttle. This project is a fun way to learn how to use Cuttle for 3D printing and configure the Export for 3D Printing beta feature.

Federico show how to make a simple cutter with only an outline shape. He then explains how to add inner elements like emojis and text that stamp onto your cookie dough.
