I know many of you are starting to prep for the busy Christmas season, so we wanted to highlight some of Cuttle’s Christmas bestsellers and some new ornaments we’re seeing from Creators in this newsletter!

Ornaments from Cuttle Creators

Cuttle Creators is a pilot program where talented designers create and share Cuttle templates and earn royalties whenever Cuttle Pro subscribers download them.

Here are a few recent Ornament templates that caught our eye.

Family Name Presents Ornament by Tara — You can type a list of names and this template will automatically arrange the present boxes and generate the cut file. The box lids and bows come as separate layers. The names are engraved. If you’re doing ink fills on acrylic, check out this tutorial video from Federico.

Sardine Family by Audrey — What a cute idea for a family ornament! Type as many names as you wish and this will generate a single-layer cut file with a mixture of scores and engraves.

Christmas Light Ornament by Bonnie (CBco Designs) — The name you type is automatically warped to fit within this vintage-inspired Christmas light bulb.

Arch Family Name Ornament by Tara — Classic shapes! The last name gets layered and the first names are cut from the backer.

Santa’s Scroll Ornament by Tara — Customize the names as well as the top text and year.

Holiday Lights by Audrey — The stack of bulbs will automatically expand with as many names as you type. You can make this in a single layer or add the light bulb caps for extra dimension.

New Free Fonts

We recently updated Cuttle’s free font library, pulling the latest from Google Fonts. This quite a few new free fonts for everybody — we picked a few favorites above. Enjoy!

Color Picker now has a “hex code” input

On Cuttle’s color picker, you can now copy and paste a standard color code directly into the picker.

This is useful if you already have favorite colors you use — acrylic colors, your brand colors, etc. You can now directly paste those codes into the color picker.
