Enter the Last Name and Date. Choose an appropriate font.

San & Serf Fonts: Connect dots

Handwriting Fonts: Connect dots and letters AND choose Weld (in the Editor)

LENGTH OF NAME WILL AFFECT OVERLAP AREA!

If you want to use a Font that does not touch the line (due to the length of the name) enter the editor, type in the Last Name, then move the last name text box up or down so the words overlaps the line only slightly.

NOT ALL FONTS ARE APPROPRIATE FOR THIS FILE!
