Jig Generator

The Jig Generator is designed to create a laser-cut jigs for aligning items for engraving. By entering the dimensions of the item and specifying the number of rows and columns, this tool generates a laser cut file jig for your laser cutter.

Instructions

1. Input Dimensions:

   • Enter the length and diameter of the item.

   • Specify the number of rows and columns needed for the jig.

2. Export:

   • Preview the file to ensure that everything fits, export the board outline as well.

   • Download and use with your laser cutter to cut the jig.

3. Laser Cutting Jig:

   • Use the board outline as reference and alignment.

   • Cut the blanks first, score the label, and then cut the outline if necessary.

Bonus:
You can also generate a layout for your jig using specially created templates. Copy the jigConfig from the green info box and paste into one of the compatible layout files.
